My Story & Credentials

I am a senior program and project leader with 10+ years of experience driving complex Class II/III medical device programs from concept through verification, validation, and global launch. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MS in Mechanics of Solids from Brown University, I bridge deep technical expertise in implants, LVADs, and systems engineering with strategic program execution in highly regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC/ISO 60601, EU MDR). I am known for building and leading high-performing PMOs, aligning cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations, and using data-driven dashboards and KPIs to improve execution efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate time-to-market.

Beyond medical devices, I have led end-to-end product development for web platforms and digital tools, partnering with business owners to translate customer needs into scalable product roadmaps, UX, and SEO-driven growth. My toolkit spans project and portfolio management (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau), design and analysis (Creo, SolidWorks, ABAQUS, ANSYS), and modern AI/LLM tools, allowing me to move seamlessly between hands-on technical problem-solving and executive-level communication. In every role, I focus on creating structures, processes, and products that are clinically meaningful, commercially viable, and operationally sustainable.​
